Teeth Whitening in Glendale and Phoenix AZ
Has your smile lost its sparkle? You're far from alone. Every day food and drinks—especially coffee, tea, red wine, and soda-plus aging, tobacco use, and even some medications, like tetracycline, can cause staining. But embarrassing stains don't have to be a permanent part of your life. At Smile Fitness Dental Centers, our cosmetic dentistry teams offer in-office and home teeth whitening to restore brilliance to smiles marred by stains and discolorations.
To help our patients enjoy brighter, more dazzling smiles, we use Zoom! Whitening. As the top teeth-whitening system currently in use by dental professionals, Zoom! can lighten smiles by up to eight shades in just a single visit to one of our offices.
Here's how the process works.
Once our cosmetic dentistry team is sure you're comfortable in our dental chair, we'll place a protective covering over your lips and gums. Then, when the Zoom! gel has been carefully applied to your teeth, a special low-heat light will activate the pH-balanced hydrogen peroxide in the gel, putting it to work on your stains. Afterwards, your cosmetic dentist will finish your whitening treatment by applying a protective fluoride treatment to the teeth we have whitened.
That's it! The result is a brilliantly white smile in less time than you thought possible.
Not every patient prefers the in-office method for teeth whitening, though. Some experience uncomfortable sensitivity when they use in-office whitening, while others may just prefer to whiten their smile in the comfort of their own home. That's why our dental offices also offer home whitening.
If you would prefer to whiten gradually, over a period of days or weeks, our cosmetic dentists will give you custom-made trays designed specifically for your smile, plus a supply of professional strength teeth whitening gel for you to use on your own at home. Many of our patients see whiter teeth after just one application, with their brightest smile emerging after approximately two weeks of use.
Imagine the Difference a Whiter Smile Could Make
With a whiter smile, you can enjoy a better sense of self-confidence that could positively impact how you see the world and how you interact with others. You might even find that, with a whiter smile, avenues you were afraid to explore before no long seem as intimidating. As a result, new and unexpected opportunities could come your way. And all because your teeth are a few shades whiter than they were before.
